At Genesis, we believe our people are the key difference. Nowhere is this more evident than our management team. The people who lead Genesis come from a variety of backgrounds and each possess different but complementary skills sets. They all have made their own unique, individual contribution to the company values. They represent the experience, talent, skill and commitment of the Genesis platform.
Richard Pope is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Codding Steel Frame Solutions, a manufacturer of light gauge steel framing solutions in California, and a licensee of the Company. Mr. Pope brings to the Company over 20 years of experience in the construction and residential real estate industry. From 1971 to mid-2001, Mr. Pope held various positions with the Taylor Woodrow Group of Companies, a large UK based construction company. In mid-2001, Mr. Pope formed a new residential land development and homebuilding company, St. James Properties, the core business of which is developing new home communities in Southern California. Mr. Pope studied civil engineering and technical design at London College, Northwood Technical College and Southhall College of Building and Engineering. Mr. Pope is a member of the Building Industry Association, the National Association of Homebuilders, and the Sales and Marketing Council.
Mr. Mostafa joined Genesis in 2006 to establish its Licensing Division, he has been orchestrating its licensing activities worldwide since then. Prior to joining Genesis, Mr. Mostafa was the Vice President, Sales & Marketing of VisualGate Systems Inc., a Canadian electronic surveillance research and development company. He was instrumental in expanding the company's business from three North American accounts to more than 60 accounts in 15 countries and tripling its revenues within two years. He founded a software development firm, Com.Com in 1997 and by 2000 it was a 40-employee company servicing the Mediterranean region. He designed several award-winning products including a series of software packages, numerous business to consumer websites and portals, and a pioneering business to business online marketplace. Mr. Mostafa is a Microsoft Certified Professional with a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering, and a Master of Business Administration with Distinction from State University of New York with dual concentration in Marketing and Information Systems. Mr. Mostafa has won four US national business competitions and was elected to the prestigious Beta Gamma Sigma and Who's Who.
Mr. Zita has over 16 years of financial and operational experience including M&A, financing, ERP implementation, GAAP reporting, international corporate structure and process design and reengineering, in both public and private multi-national organizations.
Prior to joining Genesis, Mr. Zita held the position of Vice President, Finance at BorderWare Technologies, responsible for the finance and administration function while supporting the company’s M&A activities, including the sale of BorderWare to WatchGuard Technologies. Prior to joining BorderWare,
Mr. Zita was Vice President and Corporate Controller at Rand Worldwide, a multi-national TSX-listed leading provider of engineering software and services to the engineering community. Mr. Zita is a Certified Management Accountant, graduating from Ryerson University with a Bachelor of Business Management Degree.

Prior to joining Genesis, Mr. Tancredi worked as a Civil Engineer on a variety of projects including land development, construction, and environmental remediation, eventually specializing in Structural Engineering. Mr. Tancredi worked on various building and bridge projects while employed as a Structural Engineer in Florida. Upon joining Genesis, Mr. Tancredi became involved in the design of cold formed steel structures and is considered today to be one of the leading cold-formed steel engineers. Mr. Tancredi has an Honors Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo and earned a Master in Structural Engineering from the University of Miami. Mr. Tancredi is a licensed professional engineer in the province of Ontario. He also holds licenses in the states of Florida and Alabama and continues procuring licensure throughout the United States.
