Breakthrough Solutions to Superior Floor Construction

Developed specifically for Light Steel Framing in both residential and commercial projects. Providing back to basics simplicity that fully exploits the strength and quality of steel
iSPAN® floor joists are symmetrically shaped and made of variable-gauge light steel, making optimal use of the steel's strength. The joists also have large pre-punched utility holes providing easy access for servicing within the floor depth.
The iSPAN® floor joist system can be installed quickly and has achieved [UL/ULC] fire and acoustic rating—difficult to achieve because materials that improve acoustic isolation often are detrimental to a floor system's fire resistance rating. This floor system permits longer spans and also allows multiple tradesmen to work at the same time on site to facilitate project management and speed of construction
Features:
- Mass Customized to Exact Lengths
- 30 FT+ Clear Spans
- Ultimate Trade Compatibility
- Outperforms Wood & C-Shapes
