Mr. Pope is the Chief Executive Officer of Codding Steel Frame Solutions. Mr. Pope brings over 20 years of experience in the construction and residential real estate industry. From 1971 to mid-2001, Mr. Pope held various positions with the Taylor Woodrow Group of Companies, a large UK based construction company. In mid-2001, Mr. Pope formed a new residential land development and homebuilding company, St. James Properties, which focuses its core business on developing new home communities in California. Mr. Pope is currently directing the design, entitlement, and implementation of the Sonoma Mountain Village redevelopment. He studied civil engineering and technical design at West London College, Northwood Technical College and Southall College of Building and Engineering. Mr. Pope is a member of the Building Industry Association, the National Association of Homebuilders and the Sales and Marketing Council.
Mr. Baker is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Codding Investments, Inc., a California based investment holding company that owns and controls over two million square feet of commercial real estate, a commercial construction company, and investments in green building products, alternative energy and sustainable communities. Mr. Baker is the individual behind Sonoma Mountain Village, an award winning environmentally-conscious redevelopment in Northern California. He is also the co-founder and Chairman of American Biodiesel, Inc., a leading producer of high quality biodiesel in the United States.
Mr. Arabia has over 20 years experience in business consulting, financial advisory and investment banking related activities with an emphasis in corporate restructurings, turnarounds and asset purchases and dispositions. Since May of 2008, Mr. Arabia has acted as a private business consultant and owns his own business in San Diego, California engaged in the manufacture and sale of a natural migraine medication. From September 2001 through May 2008, he served as Chairman, President and CEO of Naturewell, Incorporated, a U.S. based start-up company engaged in the manufacture and sale of a natural migraine medication (Mr. Arabia acquired the migraine medication business from Naturewell in May 2008). From February 1997 through June 2000, he served as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of ICH Corporation, an American Stock Exchange listed company. During his tenure, ICH grew from a non-operational company to becoming the parent company of various subsidiaries that owned and operated 265 fast food and family dining restaurants, generating approximately $245 million in revenues and employing approximately 7,800 people. From 1982 through 1997, Mr. Arabia provided financial advisory and investment banking services to a variety of private clients and was a registered principal and representative in the U.S. securities industry.
For over 30 years Mr. Churchill has been involved in the industrial equipment design/install business. Mr. Churchill is currently the V.P. of Industrial Technology for Genesis and Vice-President of Manufacturing for KML Engineered Homes Ltd., a manufacturer of light steel building solutions and a subsidiary of Genesis. He is responsible for industrial equipment and design and process set up and training of manufacturing facilities around the world. He has been with Genesis since 1999 in a number of positions, including Plant Manager, Industrial Engineer, and General Manager of Light Steel Joist Solutions Inc. Mr. Churchill was instrumental in developing Genesis' manufacturing process, which is currently in the process of being patented by Genesis. He also holds patents for wall and truss designs in the light steel industry. Mr. Churchill has worked for various manufacturing companies including General Motors and Amisk International.
Mr. Isakov is a structural engineer (M.Eng, P.Eng) with over 20 years of experience in structural engineering and project management. He has been involved as a leader and a member of numerous teams that designed and constructed landmark projects on five different continents. He is presently a managing partner of Bormac Engineering, an innovative company that services the entire cold-formed steel framing industry in Ontario, Canada. Prior to that, over a ten year period, Mr. Isakov rose to the position of Vice-President of Construction for KML Engineered Homes Ltd., a manufacturer of light steel building solutions. He joined KML after a very successful consulting career with leading companies in Toronto, such as NORR Partnership and Giffels Engineering, as a Chief Engineer. He is one of the founding members of Light Gauge Steel Engineers Association based in Washington, D.C., and a regular contributor to other industry bodies and associations.
Mr. MacQuoid has a long history with the cold formed steel framing manufacturing and construction industry. First associated with a major roll-former of cold formed steel framing profiles as a consultant in 1959, he became a director and later the Chief Executive Officer. In 1994, Mr. MacQuoid was appointed the chair of the Education and Marketing Sub-Committee of the American Iron & Steel Institute known as the Residential Advisory Group, which later became known as the North American Steel Framing Alliance, of which Mr. MacQuoid is an active member. Upon his retirement in 1997, Mr. MacQuoid relocated to Spain to establish a cold formed steel framing operation for the European market. He was the founder and first president of the European Chapter of the Light Gauge Steel Engineers Association, located in Barcelona, Spain. That organization later became the European Light Steel Construction Association (LSK), now located in Liege, Belgium. Mr. MacQuoid continues to serve as a director and Vice President of LSK, while also consulting for the cold formed steel framing industry. Mr. MacQuoid has served on numerous governmental commissions and committees and was appointed Special Consultant to the Executive Office of the President of the United States in 1972-73, focusing on domestic economic issues. Mr. MacQuoid is often called upon to give advice and leadership to the steel industry after natural disasters. Mr. MacQuoid was the founder and remains an officer and director of a major U.S. ski resort operation, and is also a director of an insurance company. He has a B.S. degree in Finance from the University of Southern California, a Juris Doctor Law degree from the University of West Los Angeles, as well as graduate studies at the University of Salzburg, Austria, School of Law. Mr. MacQuoid also has an MBA from Pepperdine University. Mr. MacQuoid is an active member of Kiwanis International, the American Legion and the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
