They are associations and groups that we support and recommend as valuable resources for excellence in their field of learning.
Manufactured Housing Institute (MHI)
MHI is the national trade organization representing all segments of the factory-built housing industry. MHI serves its membership by providing industry research, promotion, education and government relations programs, and by building and facilitating consensus within the industry.
Canadian Institute of Steel Construction (CISC/ICCA)
The Canadian Institute of Steel Construction promotes good design and safety, as well as the efficient, economical and sustainable use of structural steel.
Canadian Steel Producers Association (CSPC) 
Canadian Green Building Council (CaGBC) 
The Canada Green Building Council (CaGBC) accelerates the design and construction of green buildings in Canada. We are a broad-based inclusive coalition of representatives from different segments of the design and building industry.
American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC) 
AISC, headquartered in Chicago, is a not-for-profit technical institute and trade association established in 1921 to serve the structural steel design community and construction industry in the United States. AISC’s mission is to make structural steel the material of choice by being the leader in structural-steel-related technical and market-building activities, including: specification and code development, research, education, technical assistance, quality certification, standardization, and market development. AISC has a long tradition of service to the steel construction industry providing timely and reliable information.
American Iron & Steel Institute (AISI) 
AISI serves as the voice of the North American steel industry in the public policy arena and advances the case for steel in the marketplace as the preferred material of choice. AISI also plays a lead role in the development and application of new steels and steelmaking technology. AISI is comprised of 30 member companies, including integrated and electric furnace steelmakers, and 138 associate and affiliate members who are suppliers to or customers of the steel industry. AISI's member companies represent approximately 75 percent of both U.S. and North American steel capacity.
Steel Recycling Institute (SRI) 
The Steel Recycling Institute (SRI) is an industry association that promotes and sustains the recycling of all steel products. The SRI educates the solid waste industry, government, business and ultimately the consumer about the benefits of steel's infinite recycling cycle. Green Building Council (USGB) 
The U.S. Green Building Council is a 501(c)(3) non-profit community of leaders working to make green buildings accessible to everyone within a generation.
Steel Construction Institute (SCI) 
SCI (The Steel Construction Institute) is an independent, member-based organisation. It is probably the world's largest research and technical organisation supporting the use of steel in construction.
The Steel Framing Alliance (SFA) 
The Mission of the Steel Framing Alliance (SFA) is to enable and encourage the widespread, practical and economic use of and preference for cold-formed steel framing in residential construction, and to expand the use of steel framing as a load bearing element in commercial construction.
Cold Formed Steel Engineers Institute (SFSEI) 
The CFSEI is made up of hundreds of structural engineers and other design professionals who are finding a better way to produce safe and efficient designs for commercial and residential structures with cold-formed steel.
National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) 
NAHB is a trade association that helps promote the policies that make housing a national priority. Since 1942, NAHB has been serving its members, the housing industry, and the public at large.
Greater Toronto Home Builder Alliance (GTHBA) 
The Building Industry and Land Development Association was formed through the merger of the Greater Toronto Home Builders' association (GTHBA) and the Urban Development Institute/Ontario. BILD is the voice of the land development, home building and professional renovation industry in the Greater GTA. BILD represents more than 1,500 member companies.
Partnership for Advancing Technology in Housing (PATH)
The International Code Council, a membership association dedicated to building safety and fire prevention, develops the codes used to construct residential and commercial buildings, including homes and schools. Most U.S. cities, counties and states that adopt codes choose the International Codes developed by the International Code Council.
